Just got back from the London International ska festival, had a great time seeing Keith & Tex and Rudy Mills old rocksteady/reggae acts from Jamaica. Then the following day the 30 years of "Do the Dog" fanzine show. Cartoon violence dropped out because of illness, but the rest of the line-up were great. It was a little easier to breath then the show the night before. Which was ram-packed. Also as a bonus I caught up with friends from Marseille....

I can sense a new ska wave is just around the corner, new bands popping up all around the world. It shows how enduring this genre of music is! Check out "Death of Guitar Pop" And "The Melbourne Ska orchastra" For examples of this latest trend
It seems like christmas comes earlier every year. The TV adverts start in November and there are some cringe worthy releases.
